Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (e.g., gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at mike@cuff-daddy.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If further assistance is needed, contact us at mike@cuff-daddy.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at mike@cuff-daddy.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
